Instructions for configuring Outlook Express
1. Start Outlook Express.
2. If a box comes up asking you to enter a "Display Name", then skip to Step 5.
3. Click on Tools and then Accounts.
4. Click on the Add button and Select Mail from the list.
5. Enter your name for the Display Name.
6. Enter your email address that your recipients will see.
7. Select the Incoming mail server as POP3.
8. Enter Incoming mail server name mailhost.taylorworks.net
9. Enter Outgoing mail server name mailhost.taylorworks.net
10. Enter the Account name and Password that was provided to you.
(Note: Enter your entire Account Name, for example: yourname@taylorworks.net)
11. Click Finish, but there is an additional item to modify.
12. Click on Tools and then Accounts.
13. Click on the Mail tab and then Select the account you just created.
14. Click on Properties and then on the Servers tab in the next window.
15. Checkmark the box on the bottom under Outgoing Mail Server
16. "It does require authentication"
17. You should now be able to send and receive e-mail using Outlook Express.
Instructions for configuring Outlook
1. Start Outlook, if a wizard starts, then follow the instructions.
2. Click on Tools and then Accounts.
3. Click on the General tab on the pop up window.
4. Enter TaylorWorks Mail for the friendly name of the account.
5. Enter your User Information for Name and Email address.
6. Now click on the Servers tab.
7. Enter Incoming (POP3) mail server name mailhost.taylorworks.net
8. Enter Outgoing (SMTP) mail server name mailhost.taylorworks.net
9. Enter the Account name and Password that was provided to you.
(Note: Enter your entire Account Name, for example: yourname@taylorworks.net)
10. Checkmark the box near the bottom under Outgoing Mail Server
11. "It does require authentication"
12. Click OK.
