Can I upgrade to Windows 7 from Windows XP or 2000?

Yes, TaylorWorks can upgrade your system from Windows XI', but only Windows. Vista users will be able to do an in'place upgrade. That means for Windows XP and 2000 users we will have to do a clean install. We will ensure that your files are backed up so that you do not lose your important documents.

Do I need the 32 or 64 Bit Version?

We can assist you to determine which version of software you will need. Your processor will either support the 64 or 32 Bit version.

What is the difference between an Upgrade and a Custom installation?

Upgrade means we install Windows 7 without having to necessarily backup and reinstall your files, or reinstall programs. A custom (clean) installation erases the contents of your PC's hard drive. Your files, settings and programs will not be transferred to Windows 7. We will need to backup all files and settings, install Windows 7, reinstall files and re-install programs.
